Let's face it. We're all human. You win some, you lose some.  But that's not the point. As Master Funakoshi shared many, many years ago, how you handle life's triumphs and disappointments makes all the difference--with humility, patience, compassion, respect for others, and an unwavering determination to persevere.

At the New Rochelle Shotokan Karate Club, we provide the type of training that steels the body, strengthens the mind, and builds an indomitable spirit.  

Men, women, and children (7 years and older) are welcome.  

        Our classes may be tough, but so is life.
